These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the SignalX ($SIGX) token presale and use of the SignalX platform. By participating or accessing our services, you agree to these Terms.
By connecting your wallet, purchasing tokens, or interacting with the SignalX presale, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree, you must cease use immediately.
To participate in the SignalX presale, you must:
$SIGX tokens are utility tokens designed for use within the SignalX trading signals and analytics ecosystem. They do not represent securities, equity, ownership, or any claim to profits. Purchasing $SIGX confers no ownership in SignalX or any related entity.
Nothing provided by SignalX constitutes financial, investment, trading, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should seek independent counsel.
All presale purchases are final and non-refundable. The sole exception is if the presale does not meet its softcap, in which case refund mechanisms will be made available.
SignalX is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between purchase and token delivery.
$SIGX tokens will be distributed to participant wallets at the Token Generation Event (TGE). The TGE date will be announced through official channels. SignalX reserves the right to adjust the timeline for technical, regulatory, or market reasons.
You are solely responsible for providing a correct, compatible wallet address. SignalX cannot recover tokens sent to incorrect addresses.
SignalX provides no guarantees regarding future token value, exchange listings, trading volume, liquidity, or returns. Cryptocurrency values are volatile and can decline to zero.
The SignalX platform may provide trading signals, analytics, and market data. These are informational tools only and do not constitute investment recommendations. Past signal accuracy does not guarantee future performance. You are solely responsible for any trades executed based on SignalX signals.
You are solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from the purchase, holding, or disposal of $SIGX tokens. SignalX does not provide tax advice.
SignalX reserves the right to modify these Terms, presale structure, tokenomics, or platform features at any time. Material changes will be communicated through official channels. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
All content, algorithms, branding, and materials on the SignalX platform are proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or distribution is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalX, its founders, team, advisors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your presale participation, use of $SIGX tokens, or reliance on trading signals.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignalX from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under ICC rules. The arbitration seat shall be determined at SignalX's discretion.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
